




Hospital supplier seeks a Counter Assistant to work in the Toluca de Lerdo area, State of Mexico. Requirements: \-Educational level required: High school diploma or technical/vocational degree (incomplete or completed). \-Experience in counter sales and customer service. \-Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (rotating shifts), and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Job Responsibilities: \-Provide efficient, timely, and courteous customer service during customers’ visits to the branch. \-Dispense medical supplies and wound care materials requested by customers. \-Review prescription requirements prior to dispensing medications listed therein. \-Receive, validate, and process customer orders submitted via various channels (sales representatives, email, WhatsApp, phone calls, or other electronic means). \-Physically verify merchandise against the receipt and/or invoice prior to delivery. \-Clean and organize products according to expiration dates, batch numbers, storage regulations, and proper handling procedures for medical supplies. \-Operate computer equipment to generate receipts/invoices for sold products. \-Assist with periodic inventory counts. \-Directly address customer complaints (if any arise) and immediately inform the branch manager of issues related to customer service or product availability/dispensing. \-Attend scheduled training courses organized by management and/or the respective department, as well as attend meetings and conferences to which the employee is summoned.
