Position Summary: A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to optimize processes, implement improvement methodologies, and standardize operations. Trains staff on Continuous Improvement culture A prominent pharmaceutical company requires: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST Objective: Serves as technical and operational support for Continuous Improvement; responsible for collecting, analyzing, and validating critical data to optimize processes. Implements continuous improvement methodologies (Time and Motion Studies, FMEA, Process Mapping, 5S, Line Balancing, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, standardize operations, and support the successful implementation of new customer projects and internal improvements. Ensures that technical documentation and procedures comply with regulatory quality standards (COFEPRIS). Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree with official title Prior experience in Continuous Improvement or Projects (3\-5 years minimum, mandatory) Proactive attitude in this field Responsibilities: * Conducting Methods Engineering and Time Studies * Leading improvement projects (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, Morale) across various departments and multidisciplinary teams * Analyzing processes considering inputs, outputs, and performance indicators * Training staff on Continuous Improvement culture through implementation of visual management boards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and 5S * Documentation and Standardization of Processes (SOPs) * Quantifying project savings (Hard \& Soft Savings) We Offer: Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Life insurance Work location: Parque Coecillo Toluca Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
