Age: 23 to 30 years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field Experience: Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience (desirable) Work location: Atemajac de Brizuela, Jalisco Position type: Full-time Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor crops and agricultural processes. * Implement planting, fertilization, and phytosanitary control plans. * Monitor yields, crop quality, and soil conditions. * Prepare technical reports and field logs. * Provide technical advice to operational staff and/or producers. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Support optimization of resources and improvement of production processes Requirements: * Basic knowledge of crop management, fertilization, and plant health. • Basic proficiency in technological tools. * Availability for fieldwork. * Valid driver’s license (desirable). * Proactive, responsible attitude with willingness to learn.
