**Fundación Conde de Valenciana is seeking a Payroll Assistant in Obrera - Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Hospital de Oftalmología Conde de Valenciana is seeking a Payroll Assistant** **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with preparing the pre-payroll every fortnight. * Track and process food vouchers. * Monitor and support the review and approval of vacation requests. * Receive payroll-related incidents for inclusion in the pre-payroll. * Assist with the preparation of Accounting Ledgers. * Prepare Fonacot withholding notices / Download the monthly Fonacot credit certificate. * IMSS affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * File documentation in employee personnel files. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) * Graduated or currently completing studies * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position/area (preferred) **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts) **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Punctuality bonus. * Food vouchers starting after 3 months of employment. **Salary: $12,000 gross per month.** **Work Location:** * Chimalpopoca 14, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06800 Mexico City.
