Create and implement sophisticated predictive models to enable strategic planning and enhance operational efficiency, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises, and global corporations. **Core Responsibilities:** * Build and implement sophisticated predictive models (e.g., regressions, logistic models, random forest, XGBoost, neural networks, etc.) to solve strategic and operational challenges for data\-intensive products that enable data\-driven decisions. * Implement systems to monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate Business Intelligence that generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams to understand their needs, define analytical requirements, and deliver insights that enable strategic decision\-making. * Lead initiatives to improve data analysis efficiently at Konfront, ensuring that our analytical processes are cutting\-edge and effective. **What we need:** * Expertise in advanced data analysis techniques with experience in using statistical tools and methods for both descriptive and inferential analysis. * Effective communication skills to dissect, explore and convey complex data sources into insights clearly and persuasively through reports, presentations, and data visualizations, influencing strategic decision\-making. * Critical, creative, and innovative thinking with intellectual curiosity and a drive to learn about industries, trends, and emerging technologies. * Autonomous, iterative, and agile learning to master tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel.
