Technical knowledge * Physical vs system **inventory control**. * Incoming and outgoing goods. * Report preparation. * Proficiency in **basic–intermediate Excel**. * ERP systems or warehouse software experience (preferred). * Basic knowledge of **logistics and distribution**. Skills and competencies * Leadership and supervision of operational staff. * Organization and planning. * Process monitoring and adherence to procedures. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving.
