Technical knowledge * Control of **physical inventory vs system inventory**. * Incoming and outgoing goods handling. * Preparation of inventory reports. * Proficiency in **basic–intermediate Excel**. * Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software (preferred). * Basic knowledge of **logistics and distribution**. Skills and competencies * Leadership and supervision of operational staff. * Organization and planning. * Process monitoring and adherence to procedures. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving.
