**Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Key User or advanced system user. * Knowledge of processes in the assigned area. * Ability to train and communicate with diverse teams. * Focus on continuous improvement and problem resolution. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform data cleansing and validation in SAP, managing incidents related to negative inventory, COGI, AIF/ERR (MII–SAP integration errors), and transit goods. * Provide operational support **post Go\-Live**, including daily monitoring of the triangular flow and review of production declarations. * Execute functional tests in **SAP TC7** jointly with plants, ensuring accurate data migration and adaptation to new plant codes. * Supervise the end\-to\-end **shipping and billing process**, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements. * Collaborate with **IT and Supply Chain** teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement of SAP processes.
