




Ecolab is seeking men and women to serve as Plant Technical Operators for water treatment and join the industry-leading Nalco Water team. Monitor key parameters 2\.\- Generate reports 3\.\- Communicate anomalies 4\.\- Track action plans. **Position Details:** * Work location: Toluca, Edomex (Airport Zone). * Schedule and shifts: Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, night). **Minimum Requirements:** * High school diploma, technical degree, incomplete university degree, or related qualification. * Six months of experience working in a water treatment plant. **Physical Requirements:** * Must be able to lift/push/carry 50 kilograms to chest height. * Must be able to access and feel comfortable working under a variety of conditions (confined spaces, wet and/or dusty locations, freezing and hot conditions) * Must be physically capable of performing essential job functions including lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, stretching, maintaining balance, etc. **Preferred Requirements:** * Knowledge of boilers and cooling systems * Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment * Experience in water treatment or the specialty chemical industry. * Knowledge of boiler operations, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
