Job Summary: Protec is seeking a talented and passionate Quality Inspector to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices from raw materials to finished products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices at all stages. 2. Conduct sampling and inspection of production processes. 3. Monitor internal complaints and non-conformities in manufacturing. We are seeking talented, committed, and passionate individuals for the position of Quality Inspector in Jiutepec, Morelos. If you have: A degree in one of the following fields: II, QI, IBQ, QFB, QBI, or related disciplines. At least 6 months of internship experience in the quality area, OR at least 1 year of experience conducting inspections in production processes. Your mission will be: To ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices from the receipt of raw materials through all stages of production processes. To collect samples of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, semi-finished products, and finished products in sufficient quantity to perform duplicate quality control analyses as specified in established analytical methods. To conduct inspection and verification of all production stages, and maintain records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices. To track complaints and internal non-conformities arising during manufacturing processes. To verify cleanliness of personnel, areas, equipment, and utensils during manufacturing and packaging operations, in accordance with established procedures. To wear appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment, and comply with applicable safety measures according to the assigned work area.
