Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Retail Sales Representative with experience in the hardware-electrical or construction industries to develop and prospect new customers, achieve sales targets, and manage collections. CARRANZA Requirements Experience in the hardware-electrical, construction, or related industries. Retail sales experience. Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid driver’s license. Customer acquisition and prospecting. Job-specific responsibilities. Own vehicle required. Prior experience in the hardware-electrical industry is mandatory. Achieve sales and collection targets. Manage all sales cycle activities with each customer (negotiation, sales, collections, compensation, and warranties). Ensure proper stock availability and timely order delivery. Conduct negotiations to optimize sales (customer consulting). Implement commercial strategies, campaigns, and initiatives defined by the sales leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes regarding distributors (customer registration, credit authorization, invoicing, agreements).
