Position Summary: Physical Security Coordinator responsible for evaluating suppliers, monitoring shipments, validating routes, developing procedures, and leading training. Key Highlights: 1. Leads security awareness and training. ### **Key Responsibilities – Physical Security Coordinator** * Periodically evaluate critical security suppliers (custodians, carriers, and customs agents). * Ensure effective monitoring of all import and export shipments. * Validate secure transportation routes and yards to minimize logistical risks. * Provide support to security operations at the Warehouse and Distribution Center. * Develop and update security procedures for product and material storage and transportation. * Lead security awareness campaigns and training programs for colleagues. * Participate in the development and oversight of the security department budget. * Conduct security audits of critical plant service providers. * Implement preventive measures and timely incident and crime detection mechanisms. * Develop, update, and implement plant security plans, policies, and procedures. * Conduct risk studies and assessments for corporate events, issuing security recommendations. * Investigate security incidents and prepare technical reports to support decision-making. * Maintain up-to-date records, files, and documentation supporting security operations. * Ensure compliance with global and local policies for the protection of people, facilities, products, and materials. * Verify regulatory and corporate compliance in processes involving controlled substances. * Ensure operations involving controlled substances comply with regulations, policies, and standards prior to commencement. * Serve as Designated Observer, ensuring continuous surveillance, documented training, and access control in secure areas. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security. Intermediate English proficiency. Willingness to travel. Collaboration on Pfizer security initiatives, both Corporate and Manufacturing Plant.
