The Cleaning Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily cleaning operations under their supervision. This includes supervising cleaning staff, managing attendance, resolving conflicts, recruiting and selecting personnel, training on cleaning procedures for industrial plants, offices, use of floor polishers, etc., as well as performing various administrative tasks. **Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience managing personnel within the cleaning sector (MANDATORY) Direct client interaction for meetings or service presentations Monitoring of industrial safety conditions Placing material orders Reporting incidents Availability to travel across different facilities Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree **We Offer** Statutory benefits Cost-free uniforms Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with flexibility according to operational needs Employment type: Indefinite-term position Work modality: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
