Position Objective: Gather and process information to determine whether a new product for the local market is feasible for remanufacturing or assembly at Toluca Plant. Explore and propose new products for Toluca Plant by actively participating in the proposal and selection processes of the remanufacturing center (AMPIT and AMPC). Monitor the implementation of new products and ensure defined timelines are met precisely, along with established deliverables. Job Responsibilities:* Monitor new product implementation, coordinate implementation activities, assess risks, and jointly propose solutions and/or alternative plans with the team. * Track the new product backlog, gather necessary information to support decision-making regarding the feasibility of implementing a product at Toluca Plant. * Coordinate departments involved in quoting processes for new products. * Participate in forums discussing new product proposals (AMPIT, AMPC). * Conduct benchmarking with other Reman Centers using best practices and lessons learned. Build cooperative and supportive relationships. * Collect and analyze data serving as input for R\&D improvement processes.
