Freight transportation company seeks candidates to fill the *Junior Accountant* position. **Job Objective** Ensure accurate control and recording of the accounting operations for three companies within the group, guaranteeing that all accounting entries are properly recorded, reconciled, and available for review by management, external audit, and tax advisory firms. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern). * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in general accounting. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or service companies is desirable. * Proficiency in accounting systems (experience with LIS is desirable; training provided if not available). * Basic knowledge of bank reconciliations and monthly closings. * Strong Excel skills. * Key Competencies * Organization and control. * Attention to detail. * Follow-up and compliance. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility and confidentiality. IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and supervision of general accounting for three legal entities. * Review and validation of accounting records and journal entries (revenues, expenses, and daily entries). * Verify that all operations are correctly recorded in the system. * Bank reconciliations. * Support and follow-up on monthly accounting closings. * Integration and control of accounting information for internal and external audits. * Coordination and delivery of information to external accounting and tax advisory firms. * Review of operational expenses related to fleet (fuel, maintenance, spare parts, etc.). * Support in fixed asset control (fleet of approximately 90 units). * Monitoring of administrative controls derived from procurement, warehouse, payroll, and settlements (without directly executing them). * Interaction with Other Departments * Coordination with payroll, settlements, procurement, and warehouse personnel. * Constant communication with external audit and tax advisors. * Periodic reporting to General Management. **We Offer** Salary: Up to $20,000 monthly, net Statutory benefits with 100% of salary registered with IMSS.
