Recording Inventory Inflows and Outflows: Accurately update inventory accounting records for product inflows and outflows, including purchases, sales, and returns. 4. Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery and resolve supply-related issues. 5. Requesting and Collecting Documentation: Request and obtain necessary documentation to ensure adequate inventory control, such as purchase orders or quotations. 6. Collecting relevant customer documentation to enable system onboarding and CFDI issuance. 7. Invoicing: Ensure accurate issuance and review of invoices and credit notes, guaranteeing precision and compliance with established procedures. 8. Scheduling appointments with customers for delivery of finished goods. 9. Scheduling appointments with the production plant for collection of finished goods. 10.
