DE C.V. is seeking an Express Road Claims Adjuster in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Responsibilities: Provide telephone-based service to the insured, offering the Express Adjustment service as a fast and efficient option for the customer. Assess material, medical, or civil damages resulting from the incident, validating and applying the coverages stipulated in the policy for damage repair. Generate and send electronic admission orders so the customer may proceed with repairing the vehicle involved in the incident. Ensure use of the application designed for Express Adjustment services. Requirements: Completed high school education Experience in customer service or service-related areas. Flexible working hours. Willingness to undergo training outside the state for approximately two months.
