Job Summary: Truper/Fix Hardware Stores is seeking a Distinguished Customer Auditor to administer, operate, and improve the Distinguished Customer Card Program, identifying anomalies and implementing technological enhancements. Latin America's most recognized company in the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of tools and hardware products — we are currently seeking a Distinguished Customer Auditor for our Fix Hardware Stores business unit. Key Responsibilities Administer and operate the Distinguished Customer Card Program to configure coupons, generate reports, and manage incidents. Identify improvements/updates to the DCC Program through business understanding to drive technological improvement and solutions. Generate program-related reports concerning its effectiveness. Innovation and continuous improvement: propose and implement ongoing program enhancements based on emerging technologies. Identify anomalies, fraud, and improper practices related to the DCC.
