Key Responsibilities Administer and operate the Distinguished Customer Card Program to configure coupons, generate reports, and manage incidents. Identify improvements/updates to the DCC Program through business understanding to drive technological improvement and solutions. Generate program-related reports concerning its effectiveness. Innovation and continuous improvement: propose and implement ongoing program enhancements based on emerging technologies. Identify anomalies, fraud, and improper practices related to the DCC.
