Due to expansion, we are hiring: Customer Service Telephone Operator Requirements: Completed high school education. Experience in customer service (no sales, no collections). Proven job stability. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online chat. Resolve questions and issues quickly and effectively. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. Record and keep database information updated. Collaborate with other departments to resolve special cases or escalate when necessary. Propose improvements to customer service processes to optimize service.
