Verifiable employment stability. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online chat. Resolve questions and issues quickly and effectively. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. Record and maintain up-to-date information in the database. Collaborate with other departments to resolve special cases or escalate when necessary. Propose process improvements to optimize service delivery. We Offer: $11,000 monthly gross salary (less taxes).
