JOB OFFERING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills. Location: Exportec II Industrial Park. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Main responsibilities: Experience in managing invoices and expense receipts. Experience in handling and controlling petty cash. Assistance to Plant Manager. Administrative support to the production department. Management of company vehicles. * Requirements: Education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (High School Diploma or Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, email). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Preferred qualifications: Written and verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * We offer: Monthly salary ranging from MXN $14,000 to $16,000.
