




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support personnel management, recruitment, and DO (Digital Out-of-Home) processes within a dynamic digital advertising company. We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for organized, proactive, service-oriented individuals who wish to develop their careers in Human Resources within a dynamic and growing company. Your key responsibilities will include: • Managing and keeping employee files up to date. • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. • Coordinating orientation and welcome activities for new hires. • Posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. • Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments. • Tracking attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, and absences. • Assisting with pre-payroll data processing. • Maintaining the master employee list. • Guiding employees on IMSS and INFONAVIT procedures. • Supporting Organizational Development and internal communication initiatives. • Collaborating on initiatives that promote a positive work environment. What profile do we require? • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. Knowledge required: • Recruitment (administrative and operational profiles). • Hiring processes. • Document control and management. • Experience with job portals (Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Canva knowledge preferred.
