We are looking for: **OBJECTIVE** Drive the consulting firm's commercial growth through the identification, prospecting, and acquisition of new clients in the private sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ๏ Identify business opportunities and prospect potential clients. ๏ Deliver commercial presentations and negotiate service contracts using our value proposition clearly and persuasively, focusing on our administration and marketing services. ๏ Provide personalized advisory to clients regarding the consultancy’s solutions. ๏ Maintain close client relationships to foster loyalty and generate referrals. **REQUIREMENTS** ๏ Higher education — Bachelor’s degree ๏ Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate Excel. ๏ 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial consultancy. Experience in administrative and marketing consultancy is desirable. ๏ Experience in cold prospecting. ๏ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to the audience. ๏ Ability to build trust and establish relationships with business leaders. ๏ Analytical capability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights. **WE OFFER** ๏ Location: Metropolitan Area of Toluca, field-based. ๏ Schedule: Monday to Friday. ๏ Compensation: Excellent commission scheme starting at $25,000, uncapped.
