Lead market research studies and optimize brand strategies **About the Role** Perfetti Van Melle (manufacturer of Mentos, Chupa Chups, Airheads) is one of the world’s largest confectionery and chewing gum manufacturers and distributors, with global brands enjoyed in over 150 countries. We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Manager to join our growing team. **What You’ll Do** Responsible for developing and executing campaigns that enhance brand positioning, drive engagement, and increase sales. Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to craft compelling messages, visuals, and experiences aligned with our brand vision and objectives. * Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and relevance * Collaborate closely with agencies and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution of brand campaigns * Manage all aspects of brand creativity and positioning across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, and experiential * Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, creativity, product, and sales—to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives * Develop and lead market research studies to stay current on evolving customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends and analysis * Monitor and report on brand performance metrics—including brand awareness, sentiment, and engagement—and use insights to iterate and optimize brand strategies **What We’re Looking For** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or Marketing * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role * Advanced English proficiency * Ability to manage complexity and build competitive teams * Cultivate innovation, strategic mindset, results-oriented approach * Proficiency in statistical tools and SAP (preferred) * Work Location: Toluca, State of Mexico Perfetti Van Melle offers **equal employment opportunities**.
