At least 1 year of experience as a mechanical technician or technician assistant with the VOLKSWAGEN brand.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Install interior vehicle protectors (seat covers and steering wheel cover), as well as engine area protection (front protector) to maintain vehicle care and cleanliness at all times.
* Move and position vehicles on the Service Xpress ramp.
* Receive new parts from the spare parts department staff to maintain the necessary stock for the estimated daily Xpress services.
* Perform assigned tasks according to the instructions on the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) sheet within the specified time.
* Inform the Service Xpress Advisor of any difficulties encountered during task execution.
* Record completed operations on the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) sheet after completion.
* Note on the MPI any defects or additional needs detected during repairs, and notify the Service Xpress Advisor accordingly.
* Store removed parts in sealed transparent bags and place them in the trunk, except for hazardous waste, for customer delivery.
* Keep the work area clean and organized, as well as personal appearance.
* Responsible for maintaining control and organization of the spare parts cabinet assigned.
* Responsible for keeping tools in perfect condition and reporting damaged tools or any loss to the Workshop Manager.
* Attend internal training school and stay updated on product changes.
* Attend courses and training sessions called by VWM for Dealer Network personnel, as well as internal courses provided by the Dealership.
