Participate in the development of maintenance plans Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant. Education: Certified technician in industrial maintenance, electricity, or mechanical engineering. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating weekday off; three rotating shifts per week: 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm; 3rd shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS ROLE: * Maintain equipment under your responsibility in optimal operating condition, ensuring uninterrupted operation during scheduled production hours. * Collaborate with the Technical Warehouse department and required personnel for transportation and removal of hazardous waste. * Generate improvement ideas to increase manufacturing process efficiency and optimize resources allocated to the department. * Continuously participate in developing maintenance plans, tasks, and materials within analytical groups organized for this purpose. * Adhere to Good Maintenance Practices; timely and accurately report work orders, and generate corresponding orders to withdraw materials from the technical warehouse, ensuring stock variations remain "0". * Verify proper handling of hazardous waste to prevent related issues; monitor and correct any conditions jeopardizing product safety, reporting them as necessary. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: * Technician or engineer in mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or related field. * Knowledge of machinery and tools. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance.
