Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement projects focused on commercial processes. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Advanced Excel. Power BI. Experience in commercial areas of mass-consumption companies. Active participation in transformation projects (processes, routines, sales tools). Experience in designing and implementing commercial models or sales force work processes. Change management with field teams. Project management and implementation. FUNCTIONS: Design the comprehensive commercial dynamics for the Home/Institutional channel (processes, routines, agendas, and tools). Co-design and implement commercial control and monitoring tools (KPIs, dashboards, reports). Lead commercial performance diagnostics and identify structural improvement opportunities. Manage change implementation through training strategies and change management. Ensure adoption of new processes by leaders and sales force. Measure impact of initiatives and perform ongoing adjustments to commercial dynamics and sales force.
