At Sumo Buffet Morelos, we are looking for a Branch Manager with restaurant experience, focused on results, team leadership, and excellence in customer service. The candidate will be responsible for the unit’s overall operation, ensuring achievement of sales, quality, and operational efficiency goals. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. Lead, train, and evaluate staff; ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Inventory, cost, and waste control; achievement of sales and profitability targets. Management of operational and financial KPIs. Ensure hygiene and safety standards; handle and resolve customer incidents. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in restaurants or the food industry. Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. Results- and customer service-oriented mindset. Flexible availability for work hours. Mandatory: Letters of recommendation or employment certifications. Mandatory: Valid certificate of no criminal record.
