Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide prompt and efficient support to personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration Minimum 6 months of experience as a Human Resources Assistant Availability for schedule – Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM / Saturday shift support. Responsibilities: Administration of 350 external personnel Attention and follow-up on disability documentation and ST7 forms Administration of benefits and compensation for internal employees Guidance to internal personnel on various HR department processes (Recruitment, Training, Internal Transfers, Payroll, etc.) Support to the Recruitment team during candidate interviews and contract signings.
