The selected candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in dough preparation, pastry making, and baking; breads, viennoiserie, and fine bakery products. Skill in shaping, scoring, and glazing white bread. Knowledge of bakery machinery operation, such as mixers, kneaders, scales, and cutters. Fermentation control (rustic breads, baguette, bolillo, telera, ciabatta, etc.). Calibration and monitoring of ovens to ensure proper baking, texture, and color. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. Knowledge of food safety standards and production area sanitation. We require a profile that combines technical skills with a proactive attitude and a meticulous focus on product quality and presentation. This is an on-site position requiring full dedication to daily bakery tasks. The baker is expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
