KARSAPAN BAKERY IS HIRING A BRANCH MANAGER Working Hours: Monday to Sunday; midweek break: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Work Location: Toluca City Center Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Management; or equivalent managerial experience Requirements: • Flexible availability for working hours. • Excellent numerical skills. • Cash handling experience and knowledge of cashier operations. • Inventory and warehouse management. • Order coordination and follow-up. • Daily production improvement and production checklists. • Customer and supplier relations. • Branch opening and closing procedures. • Product quality inspection. • Cost reduction and waste minimization. • Leadership and decision-making. • Strong communication skills with superiors and subordinates. • Administration and supervision of personnel across all bakery departments (Point of Sale, Production, Warehouse, Distribution, and Cleaning). * Driver’s license Type A preferred Prior bakery or food industry experience preferred. Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 MXN.
