We are currently seeking a talented **Junior Automotive Designer** to join our team and lead innovative, high-quality automotive component design projects. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and optimizing complex designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all components meet required standards. You will also be responsible for supervising more junior designers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support their professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Lead interior and exterior design activities with minimal supervision. * Conduct structural performance evaluations using Altair’s SimSolid. * Review and validate junior designers’ outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Contribute ideas during design reviews to guarantee quality from the outset. * Coordinate with suppliers on manufacturability and cost optimization. * Participate in presentations with design managers and design release engineers. * Actively participate in vehicle compartment integration team reviews. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. * Minimum of **0–1** year of experience in automotive design. * Proficiency in design software such as **Siemens NX, TEAMCENTER, SIMSOLID, CAE**. * Solid knowledge of plastic and electrical component design. * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and leadership ability. * Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to work quality. * Advanced English proficiency is required. * Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
