Job Objective Coordinate and ensure the proper operation of the automotive parts warehouse, supervising receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and inventory processes—guaranteeing accuracy, order, and on-time delivery performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations. Supervise receiving, order picking, stocking, and shipping of goods. Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation. Coordinate cyclic and physical inventories. Supervise parts inbound and outbound movements using HAND HELD scanners. Guarantee correct item location and storage. Coordinate warehouse operational staff and assign daily tasks. Monitor productivity and performance indicators. Track operational incidents and inventory discrepancies. Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with the 5S methodology. Coordinate internal transfers between branches and distribution centers. Ensure compliance with internal warehouse processes and policies. Required Profile Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating warehouses, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket parts industry. Inventory management and goods control expertise. Experience supervising operational staff. Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and HAND HELD devices. Knowledge of logistics and distribution.
