Job Description: General de Productos para el Agua is a nationwide company with over 50 years in the market, distributing all types of equipment and supplies required for swimming pools: Warehouse Leader responsibilities: \* Consolidation and relocation of goods stored in the warehouse under FIFO and LIFO methods. \* Ensure compliance with warehouse processes. \* Coordinate, facilitate, and expedite daily activities of warehouse staff. \* Cover for warehouse supervisor and drivers during their rest days and vacations. \* Report and address any incidents or deviations from warehouse policies or procedures. \* Supervise the responsible use of forklifts and company vehicles. \* Inspect and maintain company infrastructure and work tools in good condition. \* Provide feedback and manage work plans based on KPIs and metrics. \* Report on and track non-conforming products (NCP). Requirements: Completed high school education or incomplete university degree. Experience in personnel management, administration, and supervision. Ability to drive vans weighing up to 3.5 tons. Knowledge of warehouse operations.
