Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring human capital services, including payroll processing, recruitment, incident management, and employee separations, within a motorcycle assembly company. Collaborates with internal departments for resource planning. A leading motorcycle assembly company, expanding its operations, is seeking: Human Resources Analyst Who will be responsible for ensuring human capital services across the organization, timely handling of payroll-related incidents, tracking and validating candidate profiles for recruitment processes, managing disability cases and occupational risks, and providing comprehensive departmental support—including contract renewals, and personnel onboarding and offboarding. Responsibilities: Manage the organization’s weekly and biweekly pre-payroll processes. Validate personnel onboarding and offboarding, as well as lateral transfers; manage computer equipment allocation and staffing requirements. Monitor disability cases and respond to ST7 forms. Handle employee separations. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate resource planning and availability. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR generalist. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Negotiation and financial analysis skills. Availability to work rotating shifts across 3 shifts.
