Main Responsibilities Make outbound calls to attract potential candidates, explain job openings, encourage registration, and coordinate interviews. Answer incoming calls from interested individuals, resolve inquiries, refer them to the appropriate department, and update the candidate database. Support administrative tasks within the Human Talent or Human Resources department: receive resumes, register candidates, manage schedules, and update records. Post job vacancies on internal/external portals, social media, or job boards; follow up on candidate application flow. Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and generate talent acquisition progress reports. Maintain constant communication with the recruitment team to provide feedback on issues and collaborate in process improvements. Meet assigned targets within established timeframes (number of calls, scheduled appointments, completed registrations). Requirements Completed high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum experience in call center, telephone customer service, talent sourcing, or administrative roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented and candidate-focused approach. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools.
