The Traffic Manager is responsible not only for planning and coordinating all transportation-related activities but also for monitoring fleet condition and ensuring compliance with applicable national and international regulations and legislation. Data collection and analysis regarding operational performance is critical for these professionals, who utilize advanced fleet management solutions to obtain both real-time information on fleet status and activity—supporting on-site decision-making—and historical data to evaluate potential business improvements aimed at achieving greater benefits. Responsibilities: * Planning and organization of transportation. * Regulatory control and compliance. * Fleet management and vehicle maintenance. * Interdepartmental coordination for effective logistics planning. * Analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators related to transportation and logistics. * Academic background in logistics, transportation, international trade, or business administration. * Language proficiency, especially English, due to the international nature of freight transportation. * Certifications related to logistics and transportation management, such as the Professional Competence Certificate for Transport Operators. Requirements: Academic background in logistics, transportation, international trade, or related fields. Advanced English (mandatory). Desirable: Certifications in logistics and transportation management.
