




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Training Coordinator to manage the full cycle of talent attraction and development within the company. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recruiting for operational positions 2. End-to-end training management and candidate follow-up 3. Conducting competency-based interviews and psychometric tests We are looking for: * Recruitment and Training Coordinator Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience filling operational positions (e.g., Warehouse Staff, Technicians, Electromechanical Technicians, etc.) * Training knowledge * STPS regulations Responsibilities: * Competency-based interviews * Preparing personnel files * Administering psychometric tests * Candidate onboarding follow-up (employment documents, signing of economic proposals, signing of employment documents, etc.) * Training Plan follow-up * Employment contracts * Planning Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
