




Responsibilities Support in the planning, execution, and follow-up of Talent Attraction area projects. Post, update, and manage job vacancies on employment platforms. Participate in resume screening, candidate pre-selection, and interview coordination. Track internal team metrics (time-to-fill, vacancy progress, candidate status). Maintain constant communication with hiring managers and requesting departments to provide project updates. Prepare reports, presentations, and related internal documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment processes. Requirements Completed high school diploma or technical degree/Bachelor's degree (preferably in administrative or HR fields). Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (desirable but not required). Basic proficiency in digital tools: Excel, job platforms, email. Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work under objectives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
