Food Production and Preparation** * Perform mise en place, prepare side dishes and assemble sandwiches according to recipes, portion sizes, and established guidelines. * Operate cold and hot kitchen stations ensuring quality, consistency, and appropriate preparation times. **2\. Hygiene, Safety and Good Practices** * Comply with food safety standards: temperature control, cold storage, labeling, rotation, and corresponding records. * Keep work area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout operations. **3\. Order Management and Daily Operations** * Handle dine-in and delivery platform orders accurately and efficiently. * Coordinate with team to ensure correct service times and continuous workflow during peak hours. **4\. Internal Collaboration and Communication** * Work jointly with kitchen, bar, and operational leadership to ensure smooth operations. * Promptly report any incidents, operational needs, or shortages detected. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Compliance with food preparation quality standards. * Speed and accuracy in ticket processing times. * Audit results without observations in hygiene, GMP, and temperature control. * Adherence to production plans, rotation, and FIFO methodology. * Timely reporting and resolution of operational incidents. * Consistent attendance and punctuality. **Systems Used** * **Revel POS:** order recording and operational processes. * **Delivery platforms:** order receipt and confirmation. * **Microsoft Teams:** operational communication. * **Inventory system (operational access):** query and record movements without administrative permissions. **Required Skills** * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques (cutting, cooking, station operation). * Organization and efficient time management. * Clear and collaborative communication. * Attention to detail and operational discipline. * Positive attitude and customer service orientation. **Job Requirements** * 1 to 3 years of experience in kitchen or as kitchen assistant. * Knowledge of cold and hot kitchen operations. * Hygienic handling of food, rotation, and temperature control. * Knife skills and basic preparation techniques. * Availability for rotating shifts, working 6 days a week, and completing 9-hour shifts with midweek rest. * Good attitude, effective communication, and teamwork ability. * Previous experience in fast casual or production kitchen is desirable.
