




Your main objective will be to support the dissemination of job openings, management of digital campaigns, institutional image, and internal communication strategies, strengthening the company's presence on digital recruitment platforms and employer branding. The role combines digital marketing activities and human resource management, so we require an organized person with attention to detail and a passion for collaborative work. Responsibilities Support in publishing and updating job postings on various employment platforms. Create digital materials (images, copywriting, or advertisements) to attract talent. Manage social media channels focused on recruitment and internal communication. Coordinate with the Human Resources department on employer branding attraction and positioning strategies. Monitor results of dissemination campaigns and generate basic reports. Participate in internal communication, employee well-being, and workplace climate initiatives. Assist in administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition area. Requirements Completed high school diploma or technical/professional degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field. Previous experience in administrative, marketing, or recruitment areas is desirable. Basic knowledge of social media and job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, OCC, etc.). Good command of office tools and digital platforms. Strong writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
