Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a prominent media company to support account analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in monthly and annual financial closings. 2. Management of accounting software and ERP systems. 3. Support in preparing working papers for tax filings. PROMINENT MEDIA COMPANY IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor's degree in: Public Accounting, Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduated or interns) •2 years of experience in annual and monthly closings, bank reconciliations, invoicing, preparation of annual tax returns, calculation of ISR and IVA, and preparation of the DIOT. •Solid knowledge of general accounting and Financial Information Standards (NIF). RESPONSIBILITIES: •Analysis of accounting accounts (revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities). •Preparation and review of bank and account reconciliations. •Support in preparing working papers for tax filings. •Review of accounting records and identification of inconsistencies. •Preparation of periodic financial reports. •Collaboration in monthly and annual financial closing processes. •Responding to information requests for audits.
