Job Summary: A prominent media company is seeking an Accounting Assistant to analyze accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and support accounting closings and tax filings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in monthly and annual accounting closing processes 2. Analysis of accounting accounts (revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities) 3. Support in preparing working papers for tax returns PROMINENT MEDIA COMPANY SEEKING ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor’s degree in: public accounting, accounting, finance, or related field (graduated or internship candidates) •2 years of experience in annual and monthly closings, bank reconciliations, invoicing, preparation of annual tax returns, calculation of ISR and IVA, and preparation of DIOT. •Solid knowledge of general accounting and Financial Information Standards (NIF) RESPONSIBILITIES: •Analysis of accounting accounts (revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities). •Preparation and review of bank and account reconciliations. •Support in preparing working papers for tax returns. •Review of accounting records and identification of inconsistencies. •Preparation of periodic financial reports. •Collaboration in monthly and annual accounting closing processes. •Responding to information requests for audits. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: •Accounting software proficiency •Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) •ERP or accounting software (e.g., Contpaq, Aspel COI) WE OFFER: •Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM •Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly (based on experience) •100% IMSS coverage + statutory benefits •Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo Borough. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: Up to 30 years Keywords: assistant, helper, auxiliary, aux, aide, treasury, accounting, treasury
