Manage assigned portfolio customers, seeking to increase their loyalty and engagement with the Bank by selling a greater number and variety of products and services that meet their needs. Promptly address and resolve any complaints from customers assigned to your portfolio, strictly adhering to Institutional regulations. Compile and maintain up-to-date single-client files for all assigned Personal Banking customers, fully complying with BBVA Financial Group’s regulatory framework. Ensure periodic renewal of documentation in client files for high-risk customers. Ensure compliance with BBVA Financial Group’s Quality Standards and established Service Level Agreements. Increase Personal Banking customer loyalty by proactively selling more products and services that meet their needs, adopting a holistic, customer-centric approach. Provide personalized advisory services to Personal Banking customers through regular visits to offer comprehensive, need-based solutions. Develop high-potential customers—those identified with high income levels—who are assigned to your portfolio. Retain customers who currently maintain significant relationships with the institution. Dedicate at least 70% of your available daily working time to sales and service activities for your customer portfolio. Maintain and update the single-client file for each customer assigned to your portfolio, strictly adhering to BBVA’s regulatory framework. Timely manage recovery of loans contracted by customers. Qualifications If you have: A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Active employment at a banking institution.
