Job stability and growth opportunities. **FINANCIAL ANALYST** **Location:** Metepec, State of Mexico **Company:** Comercializadora Barajas At Comercializadora Barajas, we are growing and seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in accounting and financial analysis, results-oriented, and capable of supporting the company’s strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Budget control and analysis. * Accounting recording of revenues and expenses. * Profit margin analysis. * Calculation of profits, costs, and pricing. * Sales forecasting. * Financial risk analysis and calculation. * Calculation and interpretation of financial indicators. * Financial ratio analysis. * Monitoring and calculation of financial indicators (ROI, ROA, ROE). * Calculation of NPV (Net Present Value) and FV (Future Value). * EBITDA analysis. * Preparation of financial and administrative reports. * Support in financial control and decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of finance and accounting. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Flexible working hours. * Residence near the workplace. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $15,000 to $23,000, depending on experience * Salary adjustment upon completion of probationary period (90 days) * Punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Employment Type: Full-time** Work Mode: 100% on-site.
