Access to benefits offered by the financial group and partner companies Job Objective: Promote, originate, recover, and renew credit lines Key Responsibilities: 1. The advisor promotes the product in the field (popular areas) to offer financing to small merchants or individuals engaged in economic activities who wish to expand their businesses. 2. Follows up on application approval and disbursement. 3. Manages their portfolio weekly to remind customers to make payments; once the outstanding balance is nearing full repayment... 4. Invites customers to renew their credit lines under improved interest rates and higher available credit limits. Requirements: Must be of legal age Availability to work full-time hours Completed or incomplete high school education Retail sales, fieldwork, or promotional experience; experience in financial services or collections is desirable. Empathy, positive attitude, and optimism Motivation to grow and build a career Benefits: Base salary of $9,500 + Training Bonus for the first three months ($2,500 each) + uncapped biweekly commissions Transportation allowance of $500 (guaranteed), increasing based on managed portfolio size.
