**Position Objective**
Ensure technical and administrative excellence in the integration of project proposals, ensuring that every detail strictly complies with regulatory frameworks and the company's competitiveness standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Precision Document Management:** Meticulously analyze tender documents and technical/administrative requirements to ensure 100% compliance with all requested criteria.
* **Market Intelligence:** Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the IT solutions and services sector.
* **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Lead the integration of technical-economic proposals in collaboration with engineering, sales, and finance teams, ensuring information consistency.
* **Contract Management:** Administer post-award documentation and ensure proper transition to contract signing.
**Required Profile**
* **Experience:** 2–3 years in managing public or private procurement processes (especially under competitive schemes).
* **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* **Knowledge:** Proficiency in procurement platforms (e.g., Compranet or similar) and current regulatory frameworks is mandatory.
* **Intermediate English proficiency.**

**Work Details:**
* **100% on-site employment (must reside within a 50-minute commute).**
* **Location:** Santa Fe.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract.
Salary: $15,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month.
