Maintenance of information confidentiality. **PAYROLL ANALYST** We are currently seeking to hire a PAYROLL ANALYST to join our team in Toluca. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To manage and process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of earnings and deductions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * NOI (MANDATORY) * Experience in pre-payroll/payroll processing * Proficiency in Office, SAP, and intermediate/advanced Excel * Payroll processing, application, and preparation: 1 to 3 years * Knowledge of payroll legal framework, including employee income tax (ISR), IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT contributions, and ASPEL (IMPORTANT) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Validate incidents such as vacations, medical leaves, overtime hours, and absences. * Calculate and apply taxes and social security contributions in accordance with current regulations. * Coordinate payments and transactions with institutions such as banks, IMSS, Infonavit, etc. * Collaborate with Human Resources departments. * Generate payroll reports for finance departments and internal/external audits. * Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding of employees’ personal and financial information. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments, pay slips, and deductions. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Flexible working hours * Company parking * Job stability Working hours: Monday to Friday Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible hours * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
