




Main Responsibilities: **Database Management** Register and update candidate or client information. Organize information in spreadsheets. Create simple tracking reports. **Basic Social Media Management** Assist in scheduling posts. **Digital Support and Administrative Assistance** Respond to internal/external emails and messages. Send information to candidates or clients. Support induction, training, and workplace climate processes. Requirements: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (can be in progress) Basic knowledge of Excel and Office tools.
