




Responsibilities Supervise that recruitment and selection processes are carried out properly and in accordance with internal guidelines. Follow up on formats, reports, controls, and documentation from the administrative and human resources areas. Verify compliance with established procedures in talent acquisition. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and propose enhancements. Support internal quality audits related to the area. Maintain internal information and documentation organized, up-to-date, and under strict control. Generate incident reports, follow-up reports, and quality results from processes. Requirements Active student pursuing a degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Interest in quality processes, continuous improvement, and administrative management. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
